Abalys Hotel

First visit since the renovation and expansion of the hotel, and everything is very beautiful! Everything is very bright, the breakfast room is very pleasant, lit by large bay windows. There are two interior gardens, one for the meeting room and a larger one that serves rooms on the ground floor. I had a room on an upper floor, on the street side, with an unobstructed view of a public garden and further on the harbor. The tram passes below, but you cannot hear it. Special mention for the very friendly and very professional staff, and for the location a stone's throw from the train station and shopping streets, with the tram at the foot of the building.

Nice little hotel at reasonable prices. Well located near the train station and tram. The rooms are small but clean. The elevator is quite tiny, and the hallways are narrow. The bathroom is small but functional. The breakfast is well-stocked with pancakes. The staff is fantastic, welcoming with a smile, and highly competent to guide you in the city, bus stop, etc. Upon my late arrival, I was even offered a drink... I highly recommend it.
