We had already been in this residence 8 years ago and I had an excellent memory. Unfortunately this is not the case for our last holiday. We paid extra for seeing the sea.Our apartment is located on the first floor on the left and the view was hidden by trees.but view of the balconies opposite.The floor of the apartment was dirty. Noisy residence in the evening people on balconies drinking and screaming while putting the music to the top.A refreshment of the residence would not hurt. Soundproofing to see also we hear people walking and children running above, please put skates under the chairs, and remove the carpet in the rooms this is unhygienic. Flat for the parking which does not close at night because it is out of order. On the plus side the pool is nice a little cool. The location of the residence is convenient there is just to cross the street to access the beach.Commerce and restaurants nearby Pets are accepted.The staff of the residence are really nice I think especially of the blonde lady of the welcome who is adorable and warm thank you for everything. At the reception there is a pool table

residence externally a little old but apartment correct cf the price. according to the description with sea view. Excellent reception by all staff. very good advice for visits, markets with special mention for "blue shrimp". A real delight to taste their products, especially octopus. Residence team attentive and responsive. We do not understand the negative comments on this point. Ideal location for walks and discoveries.
