A little paradise! Quiet, green, just a few meters from the beach, the place is so privileged. What more can I ask? Cradled by the sound of waves, you can enjoy the outdoors to the fullest. Departure of the GR in front of the residence. I already want to go back!

Fourth stay in this pedestrian residence that could well use a refreshment, location a few hundred meters from the beach and the ocean, very quiet in September, the exteriors are a little neglected, friendly staff and listening to the residents, apartment upstairs, nice view of the park, very clean on arrival, well arranged, however an uncomfortable mattress, terrace with garden furniture. On site: outdoor and indoor swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, laundry, large car park (stormed in the evening and often full). Visits to be undertaken: Brest, Le Conquet, Ouessant Island, Pointe Saint Mathieu and Fort Bertheaume among others. We spent two weeks relaxing.

The positives -the staff is listening. Welcoming. I can't say anything about the services. - l location of the residence which is really beachfront - nice to start excursions or visit Saint Matthew or the conch The negatives The holidaymakers! Parking too small because bcp take two spaces preventing others from parking! - if you plan to do a restaurant or an outing after sunset... run away because there are no more seats! You're going to rough it up to park. Location of 4 parking spaces that are occupied by 2 cars...great! - the rules of procedure mention not to make any more noises at 10:30 pm... but let's say rather 7:30 pm... see 8 pm because they sleep!!! -the pool is old and small. -the holidaymakers do not respect the rules! And therefore push others not to respect them! Example: please remove your shoes before entering...and put your clothes in the locker...but people take the chairs like lockers! In this way, it still prevents people from settling there...because they are not even sitting!!! Worse, they go the lengths because Chantal is champion in small pool swimming in 1965!!! Chantal, thank you for handing over! The accommodation is far from clean! House of 6 people... it's big but it's still not super clean! The bedding is really not great! Consider taking an air mattress or something because otherwise you're going to sleep on a wooden board... In summary, the staff is top and the residence is well located. The quality needs to be improved but depends on the big bosses. Most importantly, some holidaymakers make your stay unpleasant!
