Very disappointed, and yet we have been there several times. Online reservation, request for the outdoor terrace confirmed, and yet we were seated along the interior wall with a jazz-style music group. The music was so loud that we couldn't talk (neither could our neighbors, for that matter). In a rush to leave because it was absolutely not a relaxing moment, which is what we look for when we go to a restaurant; if we want to listen to jazz, we go to a concert. Combining the 2 is a very bad idea. At least for the tables nearby. The meal was not great; lukewarm tuna carpaccio and tuna steak from a bad cut, it was stringy. We had to ask for a glass of wine and we didn't have dessert to cut this hellish moment short, meal duration 45 minutes including drinks. For once we were happy that the service was ultra fast!

Our last days, after three weeks in Brittany... The location is right, the weather was good, and my partner was able to celebrate her 50th. birthday here. The room was perfect - clean, spacious, at the end of the hotel with a large terrace and private hot tub - wow! A lot of motivated staff were present everywhere. It's interesting how many (probably students) are working there. Sure, it doesn't radiate the usual "hotel corporate standard," and the individual level of training in the hospitality industry is probably not very high. But everyone seems to be motivated and engaged. That's the Beach Club style. So we were very satisfied. OK, the commitment to create something special for a 50th. birthday was unfortunately completely lacking - but one ordered what was needed for it. :) The food in the restaurant was good - not outstanding. But the place, the location right by the sea, and the sunset will compensate for this.

I booked Les Sables Blancs from their site. I entered the correct date, but the site did not accept it and, unbeknownst to me, entered the date of the booking day instead. The next day, I received the charge for the full amount on my credit card. My complaints, via phone and email, were in vain. I was very careful not to book again at the same establishment.
