Hotel Bellevue

Unfortunately a disappointment, the cleanliness already at the reception leaves much to be desired (cushions on the small sofa with unidentifiable stains), rooms truly minimal with a rather uncomfortable bed. They assigned us 2 rooms on the 5th floor. Upon arriving in the room, we did not have towels (in both of the 2 rooms) and we had to go down to ask for them. The following day we did not have toilet paper (in both of the 2 rooms) and this time too we had to go down to beg for it. The elevator is very small and slow; 2 people with luggage struggle to fit inside. The breakfast could be much improved. The carpet throughout the facility is very worn and not particularly clean. The only positive aspect is the parking, but it is about a hundred meters away from the hotel (inside a disused warehouse).

Cramped room, very small bathroom, no more shower gel, very mediocre welcome, and when they have the nerve to mention "sea view room", see attached photo!

The hotel is well-located but very noisy. You can hear people walking above, and it is impossible to leave the window open due to the traffic. Average breakfast. Above all, do not leave your nightclothes on the bed at the risk of the cleaning not being done.
