We had booked for the weekend, from Friday to Sunday. The residence is located just above the casino, facing the sea. Our apartment had a bedroom, we didn't want a studio so we wouldn't sleep on a sofa bed. This type of apartment is duplex. The stairs to the bedroom are a little tight. I advise you to book with a view of the beach, the view from the terrace is superb. The apartment is well equipped, the bedding is comfortable and we enjoyed the "little extras" like the "housekeeping" kit or the solid shower product. The apartments adjoining ours were occupied but they are well soundproofed. The decor is a bit dated but according to everyone's tastes, it gives a charm "remembering holidays 90s".

I stay at this property from time to time when I come to Quimper because price level is amazing. The host is very nice and the discreet staff is very appreciative. I always take in front of the sea and really it's great. The only problem is the dilapidated housing I think every time and I think every time go try to ignore but it is complicated. The last time the toilet flushed was broken and the toilet reeked of urine. Mold in bathrooms is also limited. That's a shame. A good shot of interior and exterior paint and a renewal of furniture would not be luxury.

Hello, I am a resident of Bénodet and I am surprised by the state of visual dilapidation of the Pierre et Vacances building on the seafront, unlike other buildings in the area, which are regularly maintained, this one gives a neglected and degrading image of the city. It's a shame for such a famous resort.
