Positive points: - Kind receptionist and waiters - Spacious rooms - Beautiful garden - Dinner was tasty Negative points: - This hotel claims to be 5 stars but it is 4 stars - The carpet at the entrance and on the stairs are dirty - The toilet in the room doesn't flush properly - The phone in the room is not functional, we couldn’t call to e reception - The barman is often absent, the receptionist had to leave his post to make us drinks - There is no freshly pressed juice available (although it’s on the menu) - There is not 1 plant-based main course on the menu (this is the 21th century!) - The chairs and tables on the terrace are old and made of plastic (not appropriate in an allegedly 5 star hotel) This hotel is a “vieille gloire” that is in desperate need of renovation and a serious upgrade, with questionable hygiene.
