We booked a room for one night, with a gift voucher during a period of extreme heat. Upon our arrival, we are informed that the room is not air-conditioned... A fan was supposed to be installed there: yes, but the curtains were left open... An unbearable heat... We request to eat at the restaurant, the waitress is absent and the restaurant is privatized, we must return to downtown... We must cross the parking lot to access the pool. We were still offered a bottle of cold water upon returning from the restaurant.

Small room, small bathroom. Same... No dinner due to staff issues....

We had a very pleasant stay, very clean room, staff with little care, convenient location for visits around, very quiet. The terrace must be very pleasant in summer.
