Superior double room. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Obviously great lack of maintenance of the premises in the bathroom. Top of the right curtain of the torn room. Air conditioning problem, we explained at the reception that the room card being necessary for electricity the air conditioning did not work when we went out, the room was in the sun in the afternoon so back in an oven, no solution provided, the person at the reception only told us that the air conditioning worked without the card ... The next morning before leaving we made the remark and the new person at the reception told us that it would have been enough if we had been given a specific card for electricity... Breakfast served until 10am , when we arrive at 9am , more juice, more yogurt, more butter, more pastries. We claimed to have had the juice, but more yogurt we were given 0% cottage cheese ... and for butter, we were brought back a lump started of semi-salt butter.. We're not going back.

We had smaller room at the back of the hotel looking out across rooftops. Very quiet away from street noise so we could have window open. It suited my husband and myself as a place to recover from two months travel before flying back to Australia. Easy walk from train station with a good map. Hotel staff were very good and the young manager offered to find us a taxi if we got lost at Pont du Gard. Every attraction in the city is very close to this hotel, and we brought fresh prawns and cherries from the market hall and sat in the square across from the hotel to eat them. It may not be as spectacular as other hotels, but had a good bed and a hot shower, air-conditioning and breakfast.

Good morning, I booked for a seminar of 40 people and the staff was great. The rooms as expected. The Director made sure to respond to my slightest requests. Everything was as I asked Thanks again to the welcoming staff. Laetitia
