Hotel Terminus Audrans

Very bad experience at this establishment. We arrived around midnight and were informed of an upgrade, the hotel being empty according to what the lady at the front desk said. A nice surprise at first, but one that quickly turned into a disappointment: room very cold, without shutters, and above all, not very clean. Since my friend was on crutches, we also noticed that the elevator is extremely small and unsuitable for people with reduced mobility, which made our movements complicated. After reporting these problems, we were moved to another room... to another one that was clearly not cleaned. Finally, we got back a room from our initial reservation, just as cold and insufficiently clean (photos to prove it). Despite the heating set to 30°C, the temperature remained very low and no extra blankets were provided. When I asked for some, they were handed to me aggressively. The service was particularly shocking. In a very difficult personal context (my father had just passed away), I faced a total lack of empathy. The next day, I was confirmed receipt of my refund request... while adding that I had to leave a "good review," which I clearly felt was blackmail. I also announced the death of my father that occurred the day before, and the only response I got was: "We all have bad days." A totally unacceptable lack of humanity. The situation then escalated: after a moment of tension where I lost my temper (without violence toward the staff), the hostess physically pushed me twice. Witnesses were present, and surveillance cameras can confirm the facts. Finally, I was explicitly asked not to return for the second night, even though it was booked and paid for. Between the lack of cleanliness, the freezing rooms, the inadequate service, and the extremely inappropriate behavior of the staff, this experience was deeply shocking. I strongly advise against this establishment and am still waiting for a refund for the nights of January 28 and 29, 2026, and for responses to my emails.

Nice service, good value for money. Surprisingly quiet given the location.

Thanks to Sara for her very warm welcome, who is very friendly and gives very good advice to help us discover Nîmes and its surroundings. Very clean hotel, well located and very quiet. A stone's throw from the arena, it is ideally placed.
