Concierge was excellent Breakfast was diabolical went down for breakfast on the 1st morning and was told we would have to wait for 45 minutes as a Type 1 Diabetic not possible. Then told to go downstairs for breakfast which didn't exist. Then reception rang the breakfast room and now a table was available. Then shown to a table in direct sunlight so very hot complained to the waitress and dismissed with a haughty wave. Don't ask for a fried egg the queue took 25 minutes. The staff were terrible for a deluxe hotel. The roof top bar was nice but service very slow.
