I went to this hotel as a climate refugee during the heatwave to escape the furnace of my apartment in Bordeaux. From that point of view, mission accomplished with a pleasant room with very well-designed air conditioning. The young staff is smiling and efficient, with high-quality service. One downside to the breakfast buffet: the scrambled eggs are not made with fresh eggs, but with a mixture contained in a carton or a large plastic bag, which is called "slop" in hotel slang. The result is a liquid and viscous product, not very appealing. That is not normal in a four-star hotel. One more effort!

Very good location, central, but quiet. Comfortable and quiet room. Very friendly staff. Complete and tasty breakfast. A plus is having still and sparkling water, teas, and coffees at no cost.
