I strongly advise against this hotel.
I stayed there for a business trip and the experience was catastrophic from start to finish.
Upon my arrival, the welcome was deplorable: cold, unfriendly staff and no explanation on how the establishment works. I was simply handed a room key, without the slightest bit of information, with an attitude that clearly made it understood that I had to fend for myself.
The room was in an unacceptably unsanitary state: non-existent cleanliness, dirty sheets, absence of toilet paper, and an obvious lack of maintenance. I took several photos that prove the state of the room.
When I contacted the manager to report these problems, I was met with an unpleasant person who was not very attentive and incapable of acknowledging the malfunctions. Worse yet, after having dared to complain about the state of the hotel, I was asked for a supplement that had never been announced to me before. I felt like I was being penalized simply because I had reported the numerous problems encountered.
An establishment that lacks professionalism, respect for its clients, and does not even respect the basic rules of hygiene. It is unacceptable.
I will never set foot there again and I strongly advise against this hotel to anyone, whether for a personal or professional stay.
