For us it was the first time and the last time we stayed in this hotel. This because of: - tiny and noisy rooms - very poor quality furniture - many damaged items - bathroom with mold? - the surrounding area felt unsafe / sketchy / dodgy because of the presence of a kind of shantytowns. - secure parking lot not big enough for all rooms Première Classe? Maybe in a third-world country.. For the same price we had a lovely room in the south of Bordeaux. So for us never again..

Not wonderful, the only positive point is that there is air conditioning For the rest, this hotel deserves to be renovated; the condition is lamentable. It is not very clean The staff was nice but not very responsive, never answering the phone Expensive breakfast for what it is

We arrived at the hotel at 7:00 PM and the two rooms we had reserved were not cleaned. It seems that the receptionist has to check that it is clean and he has not done so. The solution was to go from two rooms for two people each, to one room for three on one floor and another on the ground floor right when you enter that is like a storage room with a bed and that smells like when you go to the bathroom to have a bowel movement and do not flush the toilet.. The bathrooms are disgusting. Do not come to this hotel IT IS DISGUSTING. We were returning from staying in 10 cheap and clean French hotels. This one is disgusting.
