It was horrible, the room was terrible. The bathroom door is broken, then at breakfast we were not given croissants or dishes, because they said not for us because we come as a group. I mean 60 kids don't, but 4 gentlemen all they want. And there were rotten eggs, super edge staff... Well, I would in my opinion look for other options before this one. Thank you very much.

UNACCEPTABLE One night in this hotel during the cold wave of Jan 2026. * No shower products, the tank was empty, * No heating, 15 degrees all night. . FORCED TO SLEEP DRESSED...On request, at midnight, I was able to have a second "duvet", A so-called power failure being repaired that was never mentioned on arrival. So the hotel was well aware that there would be no heating despite the -7° outside. No intermediate solution proposed (extra duvet, extra heater ) * No insulation at the door , for both the noise of the bypass and the cold, * No breakfast buffet but an express breakfast offered, * The TV that constantly turns on after a few seconds after stopping. A commercial gesture was established because payment could not be made on arrival because the terminal was not working.. . I'm not coming back, very bad experience

Noisy hotel along the highway, it was indicated in some reviews that I had not seen. We are given ear protections on request. The building is aging and uncomfortable, hollow mattress in the middle, door that closes badly, shower curtain while we can hardly find these amenities in hotels (even 1 star). In the car park, non-compliance with reserved PMR spaces, in particular by an Enterprise Truck carrying out work on site.
