Quality Hotel Bordeaux Pessac

I really like Best Western Hotels, and Best Western Hotel Le Bordeaux Sud felt like “home” from the moment I arrived. After a long drive through Spain and France, this was definitely the place to stay. The location is very convenient, just off the highway, with private and secure parking, while still being in a quiet area with no noticeable highway noise. I was welcomed very warmly, and the staff were extremely attentive despite my late check-in, which was almost midnight. It was much appreciated after such a long journey. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the WC/bathroom area was spotless. After a long day of driving, having a clean and comfortable room made the stay even better. In terms of amenities and customer care, everything was great and exactly what I have come to expect from other hotels in the same group. Those little details really make a difference when you’re travelling. The breakfast selection was very good and more than enough to make me happy, with a nice presentation and great flavours. The riz au lait was particularly good! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and overall I felt the hotel offered excellent value for money. 5 out of 5 — I would definitely stay here again!

The bedding was good. However, the dinner and the breakfast were bad. In addition to be execrable, the dinner was expensive. I do not recommend this place!

Bed bugs!!! A friend I went there with was covered in bites 😱🤬 It really spoiled the stay 🤬
