Hotel Altica Arcachon Marines

The hotel is well located and offers easy access to Arcachon. Minimalist room, but clean. Welcoming very friendly and diligent. Free parking. This property offers a good value for money on the pool and is therefore recommended for short stays.

Discrimination against people with disabilities: 13 April 4 nights from 31 May booked with in comments: person (partner) in wheelchair. Confirmation received a few days later. Day of our arrival at 12pm (we were an hour away from the hotel) the hotel calls to say that the rooms for people with disabilities are larger so more expensive and that we therefore had to pay 40 Euro extra per night. This is discrimination against people with disabilities: last minute reports that the rooms are more expensive such that these people no longer dare refuse for fear of falling without lodging! We refused this and 5 minutes later we had another hotel 5 minutes drive away.
