Les Logis du Roy

You can park in a public car park at the bottom of the hill or park on the roadside a little further down. The owner will send access codes so you can enter the property. Stone steps lead you to the rooms. The room was perfectly adequate for our needs. Lounge, bathroom with walk in shower, small kitchenette and bedroom with double bed. The location is very good for sightseeing around St. Emillion.

Small apartment in a good location but that’s all it has going for it. Unfortunately the toilet was badly stained and the shower wasn't as clean as it could be the shower riser rail was broken which made it difficult to shower. Also the small kitchen only had 1 side plate and 2 small bowels. There was a rug on the living room floor which looked filthy. I’m sure there are nicer places to stay in the area

Saint-Emilion is one of our favorite places; a beautiful old town. It is very fascinating to walk around the old streets and see the vineyards close to the city on all sides. We would like to have a night in the city. We got that at Les Logis du Roy. The room was a loft apartment in an old house in the lower part of the city. The old apartments are nicely renovated and contained those we needed. We parked in a public parking lot about 100 meters from the apartment (10 €). The host was nice and service-oriented, we also purchased some wine from him, "everyone" in Saint-Emilion is in the wine industry.
