Best Western De La Foret D

Very beautiful estate ideally located in a quiet area and near the Orient lakes. Beaches and water activities without overcrowding. Many points for improvement for a 4* Expect a 3* hotel service. We did not use the paid SPA at the hotel.

Travelling with a large group, this was a convenient stop on our way to Calais. It is saturated in a lovely location, not too far from the motorway, but very quiet. The location in the forest is very peaceful. The rooms are very nice, ours had an upstairs mezzanine with an additional double bed. Very clean with excellent air conditioning - which we needed. Our evening meal was nice, but the waitress's could have done with a little more 'people skills' - perhaps they were short staffed. Breakfast was buffet style and nice. But go early, as dishes didn't seem to be replenished very quickly. Plenty of parking is available. I would stay here again, perhaps for longer.

Lovely evening in a pleasant and friendly setting. Spacious and clean room. Nice dining experience and very friendly and professional staff. Very reasonable value for money. We will return with great pleasure. Just a little effort on the service and the welcome at breakfast service (perhaps a lack of staff).... and review the "refill of it" ... there was hardly anything left at 9:00 AM.... But nothing too serious in itself....
