Upon arrival, we were greeted with great professionalism by Céline and Bertrand. Always smiling, available and very kind, they are very caring for their customers. Their sense of service and ability to adapt are remarkable and fully contribute to the quality of the stay. The half board formula is perfect: meals are varied, hearty and carefully prepared. Every day is a beautiful culinary discovery, in a friendly and warm atmosphere. The rooms and living areas are spotlessly clean, perfectly maintained and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail and constant concern for the comfort of the guests are immediately felt. It is a family establishment where it is good to live, where you feel good from the first moments. An address that we recommend without hesitation and to which we will return with great pleasure

Very nicely located hotel in Chatel in beautiful mountain scenery. The room was fine and so was the bathroom. The staff was friendly and the kitchen was good and typical of the country. It was very central and you could easily reach many other cities and also Lake Geneva from this place.

We had a 4-night stay at this hotel with half board. The room is very good and the same for the bathroom. A fairly spacious shower. The nights were perfect, we can only slightly hear the shower of other guests but nothing too serious! Breakfast is very varied, sweet/salty. The evening meals were a delight every time, they were well served and very good. The hotel has lockers for skis which is very practical. Let's finish with the hotel owners who are very kind and friendly. The maintenance of the hotel is done with love and it shows! It really feels like home... except on vacation! I recommend this hotel for anyone!
