The place is very pleasant, normally quiet when there are no construction works!! Awakened by a jackhammer at 7:30 AM! Shortened stay... The welcome needs improvement - Try to smile or have a kind word when the guests arrive; that would be nice. Perfect bedding if it weren't for that noisy plastic mattress protector that makes noise whenever you move a bit. The meal was excellent and the breakfast was complete. The environment is exceptional.

A restaurant hotel not to be missed, with a very warm welcome. The rooms are impeccable, a very beautiful place.

Family stay for a birthday was disappointing: Horrible smell of sewage from the beginning to the end of our stay; our children felt like they were sleeping in public restrooms because their heads were right in front of the toilets from where the smell came. The smell was known before our arrival (plumber intervention supposedly)... A whirlpool bathtub that does not work (we had left Nigloland earlier to enjoy it). Not to mention the heating adjustment issues, the water leak, and a rough cleaning (the main area is clean, but do not look closely: dust, cobwebs, stains on the mattress, mirror, trash can...). We did receive complimentary breakfasts, but when we respectfully and politely ask for more (since paying for a "privilege suite" at that price was a nightmare to stay in and the promise was not fulfilled), we are told that "the whirlpool bathtub is a plus but is not a service of this suite," even though it is clearly indicated on the website (screenshot for proof)!! And that the smell disappeared (after us) following the plumber's intervention: too bad for us, basically! The disappointment also comes, above all, from this lack of consideration for customers facing the problems encountered, from the absence of apologies from the manager (unlike the lady who welcomed us) who prefers to make excuses instead. In short, we will go elsewhere for our next visits to the region!
