We wanted to be out of town to be able to park our car for the night so we went a bit out of town; we found this hotel whose bedrooms were very economical and ratio quality /price was in their side: simple bedroom with good bathroom, clean enough: the surprise was the restaurant part of the hotel: we had one of the best meal one can dream of, refined Italian cuisine ( I recommend the saltimboca) the dessert was a dream the pricing was sympathetic and on the whole, the room was so economical that we would have paid more for a meal of that quality Kind welcome, attentive but not overbearing. There was nothing they would not do for us We will make sure that it will be our favourite stopover on our regular route Bristol -Toulouse we were there on a bleak December night, but I m sure it will be lovely in summer with a very nice terrace

Unless it was the only place available... Surly staff, very dated rooms although clean enough. I felt like I was a hindrance to the staff, I went to reception to ask a question, I was the only person there but still got ignored for a couple of minutes. breakfast consisted of cereal, coffee, bread and jam only. Not a bargain at 7.5 Euro Must try harder.....
