La Villa K

Overall, the hotel is really good and iconic, room was good with also an unexepected awesome bathroom, unluckily i wasn't able to try the gym and the breakfast/restaurant for the few time i had there, i would have loved to try them. But sadly i can't put 5 because we had some problems. First problem was the bad service from the guy in the reception, which told us to come at certain time for entering in the room (we were extremely tired for the travel too) but then he delayed the time by 1 hour, and also was really rude too. (the two girls insteads were kind and good and resolved the situation afterwards) Then we had problems with the room card, which for unknown reasons (probably demagnetized) didn't open the door both the times we returned in the hotel for the two days we had, so both the evenings we had to return in reception to unlock the card. Get better and i will put 5.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Villa K in Saint-Louis, France. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible staff. A special mention goes to Bruna, Ines, and Caroline, who truly made our stay even more enjoyable. They were extremely helpful, always polite, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. The breakfast was another highlight — absolutely amazing. The kitchen staff clearly take great pride in what they do and consistently went out of their way to make the experience even better for us. The quality, variety, and attention to detail were outstanding. The hotel’s location is also a big advantage, being so close to both the German and Swiss borders. It’s a perfect base to explore all three countries, which made our trip even more special. One note of caution: while the hotel itself is excellent, we recommend being careful with transportation services. We had an issue where we were charged extra unfairly and had to ask the hotel staff to intervene in order to get our money back. To avoid any problems, it’s best to check arrangements with the front desk beforehand and confirm pricing clearly, so there are no misunderstandings. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The combination of warm hospitality and excellent service makes this hotel a place we would happily return to and highly recommend to others

Hotel Villa K exceeded our expectations in several ways. We had a very nice room with a modern bathroom. The spa area we were also allowed to enjoy for an hour, everything fit. The service was very friendly and competent- The food in the bistro - especially the New Year's Eve menu - left nothing to be desired. We were very satisfied all around and would love to come back.
