Very beautiful hotel in a former private mansion, warm and efficient welcome, spacious room, ideal location, I can only recommend this very nice place!

Great hotel ... lots of cachet.

Very bad hotel, needs renovation. Towels and linen are torn, washed grey. The shower is tiny, it has mold, it smells very much like a sewer. The room is very cold, despite the heat-operated air conditioning, the floor is icy, although the room was on the 1st floor. The staff is terrible! The employee first actively asked for luggage to be delivered to the room, although I refused, then extorted tips on the pretext that he showed me how the TV was turned on! But the worst part was the next day. The same employee, on my way out, started claiming that I hadn't paid city tax. The night before, the hotel pelted me with letters asking me to check-in online as a matter of urgency. I passed, filled out all the data, signed and paid citi tax! But the employee said it didn't happen and made me pay a second time. I don't recommend this hotel!
