Relais de Rixheim

Dirty room and dirty floors. Someone else’s hair on the bed, dust everywhere. I felt unsafe and couldn’t sleep. Wondering how such horrible hotel could get all necessary documentation and passed the audit . Please just close and dont ruine more the image of tourism in this beautiful country

Welcome, good location. The room was decent, but no more because the courtesy tray contained only 3 sugar sticks, no tea or coffee or other. No cup either: you have to take the one in the bathroom where there were 4 ants and a smell of urine! The bedside lamp to the right of the bed was not working. The gate to the car park was open at midnight 30 (secure parking?) and the door to the hotel too (usefulness of the code/security?). Hearty breakfast buffet, varied. In short very expensive and a little disappointing.

Very clean room with everything we needed. Quiet location and easy to find from autoroute. Overall very good value for money
