Captain Hotel

From a hotel that is part of a chain, you would expect at least a match to the classification: it is not a 3-star, but rather 1 or at most 2, basically a motel, for those just passing through, old, worn out, cleanliness leaves much to be desired, clogged sink, broken faucet, empty soap dispenser in the shower, it absolutely does not encourage you to stay, and as usual the photos are much nicer and 'cleaned up' compared to reality. Sad breakfast in line with the rest. High price considering the offer.

My mother and I flew from the Canary Islands to France to live the Christmas experience of the Alsatian route. We had to be transferred to this hotel from the first day of our arrival, after living a bad experience in the previous hotel , and what seemed like a bad start of travel became quite the opposite in this place , from the first moment on our arrival we were attended by the receptionist kaylin which was very kind to us even facilitating communication because she spoke perfectly Spanish , and despite having arrived late at night she was waiting for us with a smile and enormous kindness 🫶🏾 , the rest of the time we were attended by the receptionist Fabio was always very attentive with us and made to understand very well , does an impeccable and perfect job as well as kaylin we are enormously grateful for all the kindness we have received and despite not knowing French the language has not been any barrier to feel welcomed , also to the cleaning team whenever we arrived we could notice the smell of cleaning in our room and also congratulations to the kitchen team which breakfasts were very good to start the day with strength . I would definitely stay at this very hotel again. Hugely grateful to everyone and especially Kailyn and Fabio.

This hotel has several assets: it is close to the airport, you can leave your car there during your trip for a cheap, the shuttle to the airport is free, breakfast and shuttle are 4am and especially the staff is extremely pleasant. The rooms are simple clean comfortable
