Catastrophic!! As soon as I arrived, my room was not ready, so I had to leave my suitcase at the front desk; when I wanted to pick it up, it was no longer the same person at the front desk and I was not asked for any identification; I could have taken anyone's suitcase or anyone could have taken mine without a problem. Then, upon arriving at my room, I noticed that the door does not stay closed (broken lock in addition to the completely cracked door frame), which could let anyone into my room. Furthermore, the bathroom was very precarious, with dirt in every corner (black grout, mold stains), a bathtub very worn by time, a view into the toilets from other windows (a view impossible to hide), as well as equipment like the outlets or the hair dryer, for example, which have not been up to code for several years. I asked to change rooms because of these problems; following that, I was told that the hotel was full and that I had to wait until the next day for a locksmith, which was unthinkable for me due to the major lack of security with a door that would no longer close (something the receptionist had a very hard time understanding). I was finally offered another smaller room for the night that was just as dilapidated. I therefore decided to change hotels the next day. For a supposedly 4-star hotel, it would be good if all the hotel's standards were reviewed (hygiene, security, electricity, and so on!!). And be very careful, the hotel is now accusing me of having broken the door and having been rude to the reception staff (which was not the case at all)!!!

Very beautiful hotel. Very well located, not far from the train station. Not negligible. The city center is not far either.

The hotel does not live up to its 4 stars. We had booked a Deluxe Queen room, and the one we were assigned was facing the elevator and the common stairs, so it was very noisy. We asked to be moved to another room of the same standard (which seemed very complicated for the receptionist to understand!) In the room, none of the advertised items were present: no bathrobe, no slippers. The cleaning was poorly done, a lot of dust under the bed, and blood on the pillowcase. The bathroom was dilapidated and particularly basic: no complimentary toiletries, the showerhead would not stay in place, the shower screen was broken, the hair dryer was broken... In short, a huge disappointment for this hotel that does not deserve its 4 stars, with, on top of that, particularly cold and rigid staff: no help with our luggage!
