Hotel Castel Brando

A surprising hotel located in a small town on the way to Cap Corse. The hotel and its location reminded me of the San Ysidro Ranch in California. The mountains rise right behind the hotel and the setting overall is quaint. The rooms are very comfortable, nice amenities and new bathrooms. The breakfast and dining area is situated around a large olive tree and very inviting. The pools are nice (one is small and more of a kiddie pool), the other one large with comfortable chaises and umbrellas. The food was excellent and the breakfast buffet super abundant. I had a facial and it was one of the very best I've ever had. I can highly recommend this hotel for a nice 3 -4 day stay. The location to the Cap was ideal and it's only 25 minutes from the town of Bastia. The town of Erbalungo across the street has tons of lovely, excellent restaurants and bars. A real gem

An absolute gem of a hotel. Stylish, welcoming, with great restaurant and two pools. Extremely stylish in a “hip, rich grandmother” kind of way. One of my favorite hotels in a very long time. I’ll go out of my way to return.

Third stay at Castelbrando. If perfection exists, then we have found it in this very beautiful hotel in Cap Corse. Warm welcome, a very nice room tastefully decorated, 2 beautiful pools in the midst of magnificent gardens. Superb breakfast where nothing is missing and an excellent dinner enlivened by the smiles and good humor of Mathis, Tom, and Victoria. The entire staff is available to make our stay very pleasant under the benevolent gaze of the owner of the place. The cherry on top is the hydromassage bed, the jacuzzi, and the hammam. We will return, that is certain, next year with great pleasure.
