The apartment is located within a 20-minute walk from the city center. There's a subway within walking distance, on the same street. There are also supermarkets, bakeries, cafes and fast food joints (pizzeria, kebab...) as well as many barbershops (exaggerated). We arrived before check-in time and were not allowed to access the room until the set time, although we could park in the hotel parking lot. The area is OTA and parking costs 11 € per day. The room has a mini kitchen with electric cooking area (cooking a few macaroni takes a long time), kitchen utensils, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee machine, and a mini-table that danced. There is no coffee, sugar, salt, kitchen paper.... at reception they provide you with a cleaning kit with rag, soap and a paper towel). The bathroom is spacious, with a bathtub and several towels. The room has a large, comfortable double bed and a sofa bed that is NOT suitable for any adult. Apart from being quite jogged, it has a thin mattress, moves, sinks and when you turn it sounds everything. It gives the feeling that it will pick up and it will engulf you if you move and if it is open there is no room left in the living room. The heating works very well and you can regulate it to your liking. It would be nice to install curtains on the windows, as our room was on the ground floor and from certain areas of the hallway you could see our room. We didn't get breakfast because we found it a bit expensive and didn't really see anyone use it. Upon arrival we were attended by a girl who spoke quite good Spanish, but was a bit dry and cutting, not receptive to our consultations. The night and the next day we were attended by another girl, who although she spoke hardly Spanish understood it quite well and also put interest in helping us. The value for money is good, and for another visit to Toulouse I would surely book it again.

Rarely seen a hotel so cold: - cold: because no heating, it seems you had to ask!!! -1 degree at night on Toulouse but it is a hotel where you have to ask for heating, otherwise "they can not guess...", - cold: because the welcome is icy, no excuse when you complained about the temperature, in fact it's your fault, they do not know that you have to heat the apartment!!!, - cold: because hospital room decor ... it's clean, that's the advantage but other than that, everything is worthy of a 1 star hotel ... in any case, if it still existed, that would be the reward ....
