It's literally right next to the metro entrance. From the exit, go up the stairs and turn left, and you will see the hotel around the corner. Security seems quite tight since you need to buzz reception to enter the building, while residents will have a code on a piece of paper as part of the check-in package to punch in at the door. The hotel has been renovated although the bathroom does show signs of its original, much older decor. Nevertheless, everything was clean and tidy with proper floors (no carpets). The kitchen was fully-equipped with lots of pots, pans, cutlery, kettle, and even a Nespresso coffee maker. They don't provide tea bags or capsules but there is a Carrefour a short walk down the hill to get your supplies. There is a proper dining room table as well as a long work desk - it's a very decent-sized room. My only complaint is the windows are not very sound-proof as I could hear the traffic at night. Also be aware that reception closes during Sundays from 12-2pm and you need to take out your garbage and recycling at the end of your stay.

This modern budget hotel is excellently placed on the Metru with a direct line to the Gare and the historic centre Friendly and efficient service. Excellent Bakery clove by.

The good news: this place has really nice staff, laid back vibe, good double-paned windows (critical) rooms that are pleasant, functional and clean—plus great metro access and free coffee. Now the bad: if you're booking it for its pool (as I did) you will be VERY disappointed. The pool shares a flimsy wall with the exit of the metro station (not shown in photos, omission advertising) and is overrun by DIVE-BOMBING PIGEONS. Because of this, it's not a nice place to sit, let along swim (with pigeons literally grazing your head), and also the pool is kept too cold to swim anyway. The pigeons also land on the window sills of the rooms constantly. No idea why management hasn't added more spikes to the property, or covered the pool with a thin wire mesh, or anything else to make the situation better, but dealing with them is beyond unpleasant and makes the outdoor area unusable.
