Excellent in every way, top-notch welcome, magnificent suite, perfect location for getting around the city.

We had a wonderful time at the Grand Balcon, the rooms are well appointed, L’occitane toiletries, coffee maker, all super clean and best of all, a good working airconditioning and a comfortable bed with quality linens. Parking near by the hotel and great location for discovering Toulouse. We will be back , we loved the hotel!
