MERCURE WILSON

Quiet and air-conditioned room, comfortable bedding. A big thank you to Andrea for her very warm welcome and to Sarah for organizing our departure.

Wow! What a lovely stay in this Mercure hotel. Let’s start with the best things: the staff! All so smiley, ready to assist and human. Andrea (so amazing), Clemence and Frantz made us feel like home. The room was clean and the bed so comfy we got the rest we needed. Will definitely come back here for our next visit in this lovely city. À bientôt!

The hotel is in central Toulouse and suited our needs. Underground parking is available. The room was well equipped but quite small. There was bar area near reception but this was staffed by those working at reception so service was slow . Breakfast was good, but no evening service, although plenty of restaurant options were nearby.
