Terrible hotel run by incompetent kids, hotel arrival not marked, parking lot without an intercom, no one outside for luggage, you can only use credit cards for the deposit, I think it is illegal and above all I was not informed about it, upon arrival a lady next to me at the reception was arguing and now I understand why she was furious, I enter the room and it is impossible to take a shower, barely a very thin kid can fit and with serious difficulty. They offer me an upgrade after 30 min and I let it go... missing minibar water in rooms who knows what quality and who knows how long it has been there with difficulty it uncorks and I don't drink it... never again go elsewhere here they really don't have the slightest idea of what a hotel is.

I booked this hotel because of the Hyatt name. The location is great. You can walk from the railway station. It’s easy, even if you have heavy luggage on wheels. Major positives - very comfortable beds and great family room - which was actually 2 well sized interconnecting rooms. Then there’s the sheep/lamb in the foyer. It’s an amazing installation of modern art. Some negatives - if this is the Hyatt, then where were the bathroom products. No water or fridge in the rooms. Instead, they had a kitchenette on each floor with a communal fridge. I’m not staying in the Hyatt to get the feel of a youth hostel. It’s not environmentally friendly either. They should consider at least adding Hyatt standard amenities. Overall, a great hotel that is close to the city, Blagnac for the Airbus tour and comfortable.

We did not know what to expect. The name "FirstName" threw us for a loop, as we had not heard of that imprint and it seemed like a field that was not filled out on a form. We may have noticed the "by Hyatt" when we booked the hotel (and we associate Hyatt with quality), but we'd forgotten about it by the time we arrived in Toulouse. We picked the hotel because it was close to the train station and had noticed on an earlier visit that many of the hotels in that area looked dingy, so our expectations were not high. But once we walked in and felt the air conditioning (this was during a record heatwave) and saw the posh sitting areas, including a lounge with some good draft beers, we knew we had a good hotel. Front desk service was above and beyond, and our room was clean and comfortable. The location also exceeded expectations, as the hotel is not only near the train station but near a lovely boulevard with a wide pedestrian walkway in the middle and enticing cafes and bars on both sides. Although we were only there for one night, it was a lovely evening. I would be delighted to go back to this hotel.
