Le Clos Rebillotte

A neat hotel, attractive, located within walking distance of the center, next to a casino and cinema that does not bother you at all. Entrance to the hotel is wonderfully classic. Room is clean and spacious. Our room was above the entrance, a room en suite. A huge flaw is the maintenance of the shower cabin, mold in the corners and a shower head that is loose. The cap in the bath leaks, draining the bath. If they fixed these things, it's worth 5 stars. Breakfast was very complete. Staff were overfriendly and clearly spoke French (without incomprehensible accent) We will come back here, for sure and hopefully the shower will be fixed

The current hotel was built in the mid-19th century. It was built as Maison de Maître (Manor House) in the 19th century. It was then used as a prestigious residence. So already almost 200 years old and part of a manor. Next door is the casino for which you get a small discount as a guest. On Sunday, the reception closes at 2 p.m. The room card will be available at the casino. My room was rather small but elegant. In the bathroom a shiny bathtub . The breakfast costs 13 euros and is based on ibis. Baked goods (bread hard) and eggs for home cooking. Granini nectar and no juice. The TV set in the breakfast room annoyed with messages that were hard to understand. All the better. The casino's WiFi was capricious, the mobile phone unfortunately was too. I guess I was unlucky.

Rooms a little old, but comfortable and air-conditioned. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The only downside: the breakfast food is not very tasty (ham, for example, does not taste too much), but the staff, with little care, kindly made me pancakes (not planned on weekdays).
