We wanted to spend a night in the city center to enjoy the old town on foot. Restaurant and bistros on site. What a disappointment, this hotel is stuck in the past. The room under the roof, impossible to sleep with the window open because of the pigeons and their droppings on the ledge The bedding is deplorable, a small thin sheet, directly on the mattress. Impossible to sleep as a couple without ending up in the middle. The AC is above the bed, so it is not possible to turn it on at night. It is not worth the price. Regarding cleanliness, you should not be a neat freak. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind but seemed surprised by my comment about the bedding.

The hotel is close to everything, the staff is very kind and welcoming. The cheap parking finally for Annecy. Very nice experience

Frankly, there was almost nothing going on besides the location. The walls are degraded, 1 fan for 4 people, the TV did not work. My bed was literally 2 mattresses bunk on a kind of support. The mini fridge didn't work and was mostly used as a misery cover with all the caterpillar behind. Pros: the owner and his daughter were lovely, the bathroom was decent and the location of the hotel is great. But consider this option as a last resort only.
