Our third visit last week. The food, service and wine is absolutely flawless. And what a view - terrace with a view of the Mont Blanc massif. Already looking forward to our next visit in 2027. I would highly recommend eating here to anyone staying in Chamonix for any amount of time! Stunning in every way.

We had the pleasure of discovering the Auberge du Bois Prin as a family, with my mother and brother, on the occasion of a very special double event: my birthday and Mother's Day. We chose to treat ourselves to this magnificent experience together, and it far exceeded all our expectations. The setting is simply sumptuous, with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. The place is elegant, warm, and truly peaceful. The welcome and service were remarkable from start to finish. The entire team demonstrates great kindness, impeccable professionalism, and delicate attention that makes the experience even more memorable. We chose the 6-course menu, and it was a true delight. Each dish was a discovery, a perfect balance of creativity, finesse, and respect for the ingredients. The flavors, textures, and presentation reflect real expertise and an evident passion for gastronomy. This meal will remain a wonderful memory for us, associated with a precious moment of family sharing in an exceptional setting. A huge thank you to the entire team for this timeless interlude. A remarkable address that we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will return with great pleasure.

A small haven of peace nestled quietly, above the city center. Near the hiking departures. Very comfortable and cocooning rooms with stunning views of the Mont Blanc range. It feels good after a day in the open air! A dedicated, professional and warm Welcoming staff. Homemade breakfasts, fresh and tasty far away from the unlimited buffets without flavors. We dined at Marie and Quentin Veyrat’s restaurant (after an aperitif at the top by the fireplace): a very attentive, professional and warm Service (waitresses kinder than each other at breakfast as well as at dinner), in a harmonious setting, all with tasty, surprising dishes, studied and refined blends, sauces and seasonings as light as delicious. The chef uses local, seasonal products and takes us to the heart of the riches of the region. It’s a breathtaking experience without being pompous or pompous. The 5 or 7 course Service can be frightening but everything is done to keep the tasting light and pleasant. The sommelier is an expert who knows perfectly how to share his passion, meet the desires of everyone without pushing to consumption. The chef takes the time to exchange with each table for a long time. Only one question: where is the star of this restaurant that far surpasses other establishments already awarded? In short, we had a great stay that did us a crazy good. We hope we can come back!
