We had booked this hotel using Booking.com. After arrival on 2/14/26 we found that we did not have a room, hotel was overbooked. We were told that Booking.com cancelled our reservation. Staff was not telling the truth, we got cancellation e mail 10 min later. We had problems finding another hotel since this was a very busy week and we had to stay in 2 separate hotels. It cost us 2x more. I would not recommend them. Not trustworthy.

I went to this Hotel for the first time this day 18/09/25 , I was Hyper well received by the receptionist who even offered me a coffee. A very rare gesture. Thank you.

Somewhat outdated hotel. They have an okay with the bathrooms but the rooms themselves could use some TLC, and in particular the windows. The WiFi needs a boost too
