Terrible experience due to the morning shift receptionist. He was of no help and, what's more, he seemed very annoyed by dealing with my wife. He even had the terrible idea of blaming the Municipality of Chamonix and booking for the mix-ups due solely to his incompetence and lack of empathy towards the clientele.

I had a very bad welcome. Major problems with parking and the people I found were not very helpful.... Very long check-in for a room already paid for!!! For a 4-star hotel in Chamonix, my experience was very disappointing. I only liked the bed.

Ideal location in the heart of Chamonix Warm welcome. The staff is well-trained. At this altitude, the nights are temperate in the middle of a heatwave. On the roof, as an extension of the spa, a very pleasant bar/terrace with a panoramic view. A good point for the layout and cleanliness of the bathroom
