Great, clean hotel in a beautiful location with a lake view and super friendly staff. We were there for a week with 2 young children and felt very comfortable. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, the menu in the hotel's own restaurant was unbeatable. You can tell that the chef has mastered his craft; upscale French cuisine is served here at a very fair price. If we ever end up in Évian again, we would love to come back!

We had a few wonderfully relaxing days at Hotel Bourgogne. The rooms were excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly – worth its weight in gold at 104 degrees outside. The location is perfect: The swimming pool and lake are right outside the door, and everything is within walking distance. It doesn't get better than this for an Evian trip. But the absolute highlight was the restaurant. The steak frites was unbelievably good. The fish was also top-notch fresh. Lentil salad – crazy good. And in the heat, the cold cucumber soup was simply incredibly refreshing. The pickled pickles served with it = perfect. The wine selection was also excellent! We will definitely come back. For those traveling to Evian: Make sure to eat here, even if you are not staying at the hotel.
