Odalys Residence Les Chalets d'Evian

Pleasant stay, the cabins are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable. They are located in a quiet area a few meters from the center of Évian. The only negative point is that the indoor pool is clean but not heated enough in winter 🥶 but other than that, no complaints.

Chalets to be renovated, old-fashioned The wood is so dry that every step is an unpleasant creak. The balcony is poorly insulated; you sweep and the dust goes between the slats and the neighbor below gets it. Same thing with the laundry to dry. The pool lacks lounge chairs and no umbrellas are provided (it was a heatwave) and mandatory closing at 7:00 PM. The staff is welcoming but that is not enough to make us want to return.

Pleasant residence. Friendly and attentive staff. Thank you for offering us a fan during this heatwave week and for extending the pool hours... We had an excellent stay in a lakeside apartment that offers a nice view of the lake (except for the crane...). It was a good discovery of the region for us despite the heatwave that held us back a bit.
