Always very welcome quiet hotel very nice 2nd time we come in the summer.very happy we will come back next year staff super excellent breakfast we love this hotel

We were just there and overall it is a good property even in the summer. Kind and helpful staff. We used the pool at the adjacent Carlina hotel for free. In the room the spaces were a bit tight, a double room with an added bed and paid for as a triple. July 2026 in the room it was hot, also due to the carpet and all wood, air conditioning is missing. Minimal bathroom and a tub that is difficult to access if you have mobility problems both to get in and to get out. Excellent location in the center of the town and the breakfast was very good and varied. Good overall but needs improvement in some things.

If you are looking for a hotel with good value for money in the center of La Clusaz, it is the right choice. Very family-friendly atmosphere, extremely pleasant staff, authentic decor, and a very clean hotel. A lounge on the ground floor with a pool table, foosball table, and library. Very clean room with everything necessary. The breakfast is truly rich and very varied, which is rare to see, and it is a real pleasure from the morning on. The pool at the Carlina (an establishment next door in the same group) is large and pleasant. A small downside for the locker room area, which could use some improvement. The hotel's free parking is limited by the number of spaces, so you have to be lucky to park right at the entrance; otherwise, the town center parking is free in the summer. A real cocooning hotel; we will return with pleasure.
