Les Chalets de la Serraz

Nice stay. The first one was over twenty years ago. Very pleasant staff. However… the chalets are dated! It is time to plan a serious renovation for them to justify maintaining these rates. The bathrooms are not in their prime… otherwise the setting is very pleasant and very relaxing.

The hotel is well placed but outside the village.For a 4 star hotel the service is non-existent.The same person ensures breakfast and reception.Mediocre breakfast and cleaning rooms to review

Amazing hotel, nice and very well located.The staff is at the top! Beauregard room is beautiful. The pool is on top too. Breakfast very Good! I recommend this small hotel very nice
