Family-Friendly with Great Amenities, But Basic Rooms If you are traveling with kids and love a good sauna or pool, this place offers incredible value. The atmosphere is very casual, making it a stress-free spot for families who just need cheap accommodation and kid-friendly bar food. The waitstaff is wonderfully friendly, and you even get a nice view of the glacier in the background. However, if you are traveling without children, this probably isn't the place for you. The rooms and dining feel very much like a basic hostel rather than a hotel. Additionally, the property sits right next to a busy motorway, so expect a fair amount of highway noise throughout your stay. Best for: Families on a budget, pool and sauna lovers, casual travelers. Not ideal for: Couples or solo travelers seeking a quiet, high-quality, or romantic getaway.
