I had a pleasant stay; the staff was friendly and nice. It is not easy to manage the dining service; indeed, there were 2 buses, and when everyone arrives at the restaurant at the same time, it gets a bit complicated, but the staff and management did their best to satisfy everyone.

In March 2026 in Praz, pleasant stay: Animation team and staff in general very welcoming, competent and attentive. Fully decent food (half board for us), comfortable bedding, free shuttle to the slopes... BUT ugly smell of sewers all the way to the bedroom on the first floor! No balcony or sun in ours, Wifi paid outside common areas, and lack of comfortable relaxation "corners", especially in case of crowds.
