4-star hotel in a superb setting by the lake. As for the room, definitely do not take the rooms with a mountain view, as you will be right next to the only two-way road that goes around the lake. Earplugs mandatory. And above all, avoid room 6 on the ground floor, small, with a microscopic TV placed on a stand. Blackout curtains letting in daylight and a sheer curtain that was torn and crudely mended. A so-called outdoor area directly facing the parking lot and on the other side with the laundry carts. In short, not at all up to the standard of a 4-star and a price much too high for this room 6. This room should not exist. The other lake-view rooms must be much better but much more expensive.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel, whose greatest asset is undoubtedly its exceptional location. The setting is truly magnificent: the private beach with lounge chairs is a real joy, with a splendid view of the lake and the mountains. Hard to do better! There are also several lovely areas set up under the trees where you can sit and quietly enjoy the setting. We had a room with a view of the lake and, once again, the view was absolutely magnificent. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is also very well suited for a stay with a dog, which we appreciated a lot. The only small downside is the access to the lake: since you go down into the water by a ladder, it is not really possible for a dog to enter it gradually, unless it is used to jumping directly into the water. But overall, we found the establishment really pleasant with a dog. Regarding the room, it was comfortable and pleasant, but a few small details could be improved. It is notably missing a minibar or simply a small refrigerator, which is particularly a shame in summer. There are also quite few possibilities for placing or hanging one's belongings: a few additional hooks or pegs, especially for towels, would be really practical. The main weak point of our stay remains, however, the dining. The restaurant also benefits from a very beautiful view of the lake, the staff is friendly, and the setting is pleasant, even if the terrace could use a little more decoration in our opinion to be warmer. We ate there three times, mainly for convenience, which allowed us to try several dishes. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is not quite up to the standard of the setting or the prices charged. We found the rump steak to be quite tough, as was the beef tartare. The hamburger, ordered medium, was served to us rare, and the rind of the cheese used in the hamburger had not even been removed. Finally, the burrata served with the tomatoes also disappointed us: the mozzarella was rather firm and the inside did not really have the creamy texture one expects from a good burrata. After three meals, we would therefore rate the cuisine at a maximum of 3.5/5. As the prices are rather average to slightly high, the value for money unfortunately seems insufficient to us. It is a shame, because the restaurant itself is very pretty, enjoys a superb view, and the service is pleasant. The breakfast is decent, but would also benefit from offering a little more choice, especially regarding the spreads for bread. It is not missing much, but a few additional options would make the buffet more complete. Despite these few points, we have a very good impression of our stay. The location, the private beach, the magnificent views, and the outdoor spaces really make the charm of this hotel. With a few improvements regarding the dining and small details in the rooms, the experience could be excellent.

Beautiful , modern hotel perfectly situated right on the shores of Lake Annecy. It is incredibly peaceful and uncrowded , the ideal place to slow down, relax, and enjoy precious time together. The entire team was very attentive, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality products, and dinner was also delicious . Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. We thoroughly enjoyed both our stay at the hotel and the dining experience. We would happily return and highly recommend Le Petit Létraz to anyone looking for a tranquil lakeside getaway.
