Amazing supportive staff! Very comfortable hotel in the center of the village. We had a family member with some health issues after an accident and the staff was so much caring about us. Thanks a lot for that. They speak english and french!

Owners of an extreme kindness hotel of remarkable cleanliness room location hotel very good breakfast buffet superb we only stayed one night from April 22 to April 23, 2026 we came from department 42 we put a score of 20/20 to all the services and services of this hotel congratulations for everything to the owners of the hotel COMTE ROUGE we highly recommend it and yet it is only a two star you will not be disappointed

A few steps from the city center, same for the secure paid parking 24h00 "indigo" 16 euros for 3 days, cleanliness nothing to say, decent breakfast but room for 2 people "small" when I say "small" it is "small", as for storage it is really minimalist not at all pleasant for several days. Thanks to the location of it we had a good stay in Thonon-les-Bains. INFO: change of ownership.
