3 stars in official rating? We looked for them in vain! 800 euros for 5 nights. We cut our stay short and chose to lose our financial deposit. 1- stained sheets, average and overall cleanliness of the common areas. 2- little comfort: each bed did not have 2 pillows, bedding not comfortable. We did not sleep well, it was too hot (we were in a heatwave) we asked for a fan, it was ineffective and of poor quality. Only one outlet for the kettle and the fan. So thermal comfort = 0. Nowhere to refrigerate our water bottles: you have to ask to put them in the dining room fridge with specific hours. Overlooked by the room, and when your neighbor smokes, everything comes into your room. 3- insufficient information and customer support: we ask where we can park for the night, the front desk explains to us that there is a 20 euro flat rate for 5 nights at the Arts public parking lot. We leave our car the 1st night in this parking lot as agreed, the next morning, the parking lot makes us pay 10 euros for the night. Having slept little or not at all, that was the icing on the cake. Our vacation was looking ruined in advance. We notified them the 2nd morning that we were going to leave, no questioning. When we left around noon, no one at the front desk. A feeling of a lack of professionalism. I do not recommend it at all, because it is very very expensive for the service.

I stayed 3 months in this residence. The welcome is exceptional, the team is friendly, smiling and mobilized to make your stay pleasant. The location is ideal close to the city center and Lake. No noise nuisance disturbed my nights. I occupied a studio with very practical kitchenette. The accommodation is comfortable and especially very clean like the whole residence which is very well maintained and tastefully decorated. I recommend without hesitation.

I highly recommend this tourist residence. I stayed there 1 month and a half, I stayed in a studio on the 4th floor, more than correct! The place is clean, the staff is adorable, the manager in particular is very caring, always making sure to arrange you! Passing through or for a long time, this tourist residence is great! Ideally located in the heart of the city center, the residence is very nice, and the prices are very affordable and reasonable! Thanks again!
