Park & Suites Confort Thonon Les Bains Apartments

Central, convenient, personally the nearby train did not bother me. The reception staff is really great. Welcome, interpersonal skills, professional, kindness. Bravo to the whole team! And thank you for everything!

Initially unable to turn off the electric cooker. Contacted reception who said if it doesn't turn off after 30 minutes to turn it off via the fuse box. Excuse me! We are paying guests. It's not the guests responsibility to touch a fuse box. What would have happened if we got electrocuted? That could have happened and the insurance would not have paid out. Honestly, this place is a joke. I used to come very often and was last here in 2019. Standards have dropped so much since then. The area isn't that safe; there's the smell of weed and alcohol outside the hotel. It's very noisy because of the trains. No air con; which is a bloody joke. Just a pathetic fan. Dirty rooms The whole place is grim. I felt disgusting and unsafe staying there; that I moved somewhere else. They only give you one towel each. Before you got more. Stained culturely and not enough bin bags. Very gross🤮🤮🤮 room is so small. I went somewhere for the rest of my trip. Thank God

A stay made very pleasant thanks to the many efforts of the manager and his team. The places are comfortable, although a refresh could improve the setting.
