Poor stay following a hot water failure. Provide paid parking to avoid turning nearby when looking for a parking space.

Following our stay from August 13 to 18, here is a review of our experience in "room" 225 of this property: * Welcoming: we contacted the Welcoming by phone on Wednesday 13 August at 5pm to warn of our late arrival and to reserve a parking pass. We also exchanged on breakfast and so I confirmed that we also have breakfast. Arrival at 11:30 p.m., we had the key to the room but no parking beep... The next day we report to Welcoming that we had no beep, we are told "it just wasn't put on", so we cancel the parking for every night. My wife reports all the problems in our room, the person does not listen to us (she stares at her computer screen and answers that she can do nothing). We go to breakfast, no reservation made for us, the person present does not find our room and informs us that it is a "technical room".. After breakfast, my wife kindly asks to change rooms, we had a categorical "no". So I go back alone before going to see the Welcoming Person, I demand that he change us the same evening to replace charming people met at breakfast who left that morning. She still doesn't look at me, looks up when they don't stare at the computer screen and keeps telling me she can't do anything. No solution provided and no contact of the last 5 nights...so she did not even take rating of our remarks and discontent... Saturday and Sunday morning between 8:30 am and 9 am: there was no one at Welcoming when we passed, only a box to put the keys... * HOUSEHOLD: Gum gum stuck on one side of the sofa bed of one of the children. Dishwasher full of dishes still wet..., breakfast room with sticky floor all over the surface. * BATHROOM: Striped bathtub bottom, faded tile joints, inflated furniture, damaged mirror, mixer difficult to open and never stays at the same temperature (passes the right temperature, frozen, boiling without touching anything), bath glass improperly adjusted the joint falls and the door does not hold in place (it comes back to us constantly when we shower .), half dose of shower gel for 4 people and 5 nights spent in 2 showers of 4 people there was nothing .. * ROOM: Broken tile at the entrance, all the furniture is damaged, the walls are dirty of stains, missing skirtings, the table turns on itself even when we eat and is all inflated, the desk no longer even holds on to the wall (twisted or torn fixings), mattresses for "1-seater beds" of very poor quality which are not beds by the way, the blind bar that remains in our hands when we close the shutters, curtain bar that now holds only on one side. I also want to specify that the fire doors of the corridors are very difficult to push, a socket in the common corridor remained the 5 days unhooked from the wall.
