Arrived Saturday we made the inventory, 4 bedding returned with traces of mold, halos, broken tap, dirty fridge, and condition of the apartment that leaves to be desired! After having done by hygiene, S. the manager of the agency "Reservation devoluy" changed us two mattresses out of four that was not even the size of the bed. After that, she couldn't do any more, otherwise we had to leave. So we decided to leave, she did not even check the state of play, being very haughty that if we were not happy we had to go to a 5 star and what no mattress available. DISADVANTAGES CRETE DU VERGER Accommodation 451 -2nd floor - I DO NOT RECOMMEND - Very very small dilapidated, scandalous! the upper bunk bed is not usable, impossible to sleep there, the BZ is not a 1-part mattress but a 3-part mattress, impossible to sleep there, the bed pads and pillows are not changed, dirty, broken kitchen trash can, worn broom, no number on the hotplate, very noisy small fridge, impossible to sleep at night, scratched floor in the room, moldy bathroom bathtub seal, toaster trips if it is beyond the No. 3, poorly placed TV which picks up half the time. We stayed here for 5 nights and it was a really good stay. Best service and got a lot of help from Helina. She let us storage our stuff on day 1, so we could go ski and come back when the cleaners were done! She’s good in english speech! At the end we could stay in our room untill our bus arrived and that was a really good and nice service of her! The rooms were clean, 4 beds, good bathroom and nice kitchen with a dishwasher!! Thank you crete du berger and Helina for the fantastic stay! Ps. The view from our living room was amazing!
